More hugs= less stress

This is just something I read that I want to share. Whether you believe it or not, intimate acts such as hugging and kissing can lower the level of stress. This is proven by some researches conducted at the University of Zurich in Switzerland. Of the 51 couples who took part in the study, those who had more physical contact had decreased levels of so-called stress hormone cortisol in their saliva. The lead author of the report believes intimacy improve hormones level because it's a mood booster. How exciting, no wonder people who are in love are always happy!! And that's Aaron Rose and Serena Van der Woodsen from the Gossip Girl, aren't they lovely? =)
